Rouhi Henna (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates https://www.rouhihenna.com and provides natural henna products and henna accessories within the United Arab Emirates.

We are a legally registered UAE business operating under: R3 Media & Lifestyle Studio FZE LLC

By ordering from our website, you agree to the policies below.


1. General

We maintain live stock levels, but occasionally some items may be unavailable.

If your order cannot be fulfilled fully:

  • We will ship all available items
  • We will contact you regarding the unavailable item
  • You may choose a replacement or receive a refund for the missing item

2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Free Shipping

We offer FREE UAE shipping for all orders above AED 150.

2.2 Paid Shipping

Orders below AED 150 will have shipping fees calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight & dimensions

Shipping fees are collected at checkout.


3. Delivery Terms

3.1 UAE Delivery Time

Typical delivery time: 3–5 business days.

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

3.3 Address Changes

Delivery address changes can be made before dispatch only.

3.4 PO Box Delivery

We can deliver to PO Box addresses through postal services only.

3.5 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item requires restocking, dispatch may be delayed by 8–10 days.
You may request:

  • a replacement item, or
  • cancellation of the unavailable item

3.6 Delayed Deliveries

3.7 Shipment Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking number/link is sent to your email or WhatsApp.

3.8 Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Reject the delivery if possible
  • Or email us immediately with photos so we can assist you

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

4.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns ONLY for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

4.2 Refund / Store Credit

We provide:

  • Store credit valid for 10 days, OR
  • Exchange with another item

Cash refunds are not available.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4.3 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
After dispatch, the return policy applies.

4.4 Warranty Issues (if applicable)

Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days.
If approved, you may receive:

  • A repair, OR
  • A replacement (if repair is not possible)

4.5 Lost or Damaged Packages by Courier

If a shipment is confirmed lost or damaged by the courier, a replacement will be arranged.
